I discuss Viet Nam’s extraordinary progress to date, the impact of COVID-19 on the economy and education industry, healthcare access abroad concerns, anti-Asian racism, online instruction, the importance of showing students and parents “the love,” and “recruitment strategy reset” in which I list six (6) points to consider.

As I mentioned in a special message to Vietnamese parents and students, this, too, shall pass. While it won’t be ‘business as usual’ for quite some time, now is the time to lay the groundwork for what you want to achieve after COVID-19 recedes into history.
