I still remember the name of my first grade teacher (Miss Baker), not to mention many others from my elementary, middle, high school, and postsecondary years. And that was a long time ago. That’s the power of good teachers, some of whom were also mentors along the way. They live on in their students, one dimension of their immortality. I’m grateful to all of them.
