Here’s a message from her on the campaign page:

I am Noor, an English teacher. I lost my job at UNWRA during the war and I dream of opening a learning center for children to teach them English.

We are a family of seven, always united by love, hard work, and a shared dream of building a better future together. My father is a marine engineer who spent decades working at sea to provide a dignified life for his family. Today, he lies in a hospital bed, exhausted and in pain after being critically injured during our displacement  Doctors told us clearly: if he does not receive urgent treatment outside Gaza, we will lose him. My mother is a devoted homemaker who has always been the backbone of our home. My brother Ahmed is a biomedical engineer who dreams of contributing to better healthcare. He once developed an electronic brace project, but sadly lost both his project and his source of income in the war. My brother Mohammed is an electronics engineer passionate about innovation and problem-solving. My brother Yousef is a top-performing cybersecurity engineering student. Unfortunately, he lost his laptop during displacement, and with no income, he cannot afford university tuition or a new laptop to continue his education. My sister Retaj is a hardworking school student who has been deprived of her basic right to education. She dreams of becoming a doctor.

The cost of tents and transport exceeded $3,000. As well as basic shelter and survival necessities we cannot afford. We are asking just for a chance, an opportunity to survive, rebuild, continue our education, and bring our family’s future back into focus. We believe that goodness exists. And that every person can make a difference, no matter how small their contribution.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. If you cannot donate, we would be forever grateful if you could share this campaign.

With love,

-Noor

Peace, MAA

When one piece of your bread becomes unreachable to you. I talk today (about) our situation in Gaza Strip. In the world where you discuss innovation and technological advancement, there are voices crying out for humanity’s most basic needs.

I talk to you today from Gaza, where I were living a reality we never imagined you face it. While yesterday I’m walking down my street, women start with me with a simple question that creates profound meaning. Do you have just one piece of a bread? Yeah, she asked me this.

A moment of silence, I realized I was standing before of my mirror on my own reality. I swear, I swear to her, I like her, I am hungry.

All Gazans who lives in Gaza today, you are hungry. Every person in Gaza is suffering from hunger, whether a child, a mother, or an elderly person, or pregnant women, or babies. Yeah, you have (are) unable to obtain bread, which is the most elements of food.

Today, people are collapsing in the ground extremely hard, suffering of loss of friend and consciousness and physical emaciation. As a global professional community, we believe in social responsibility and human rights, okay? You talk about stability and a positive impact in our organization. Today, I ask them, where are you all when you’re needed the most? What? Are you watching us? Okay.

Can you see our suffering? Can you see our hungry? Can you see our dying? You’re in Gaza, not just number statistically. You are the people of your dream with the skills, with potential and capabilities. Humanity knows no geographical or political boundaries.

And you, as an influential professional, have the power to make a real difference. Please, I hope to you will share this our suffering and share this video and talk about us and talk about our hungry. I am talking about what I’m living, what I’m suffering from this genocide.

I hope you share this video. And salam (peace/سلام).

Here’s a message from 24 July 2025:

I am hungry. I am exhausted. I am drained. Physically, emotionally & mentally. It feels like the life has been pulled out of me — one airstrike, one funeral, one sleepless night at a time.
This is my voice of one among thousands who are suffering in Gaza from hunger and oppression. How long will our lives continue like this???
