I like how WordPress automatically reminds me of when I launched this blog lest I forget. It coincides with the 15th anniversary of Capstone Education, which I co-founded in September 2009. It was a time when I could express myself freely without having to run any content by the senior management of the organization I worked for from 2005-09. (Ironically, its trademarked slogan is Opening Minds to the World.) It’s clear I’ve made up for lost time in the last 15 years and have remained true to my slogan Information, Insights & (Frequently) Intrigue.
As you can see, I’ve used this space to discuss various topics and issues, most related to Vietnam and many not. Just as painters often begin with a sketch before creating a painting, I often use a blog post as an initial exploration of something I’m interested in and that I think others should know about. Many posts have evolved into long-form essays.
Thanks for reading!
