Please see the message below from the conference coordinator:

Dear Sir/Madam:

The Government of Vietnam has declared April 11 a national holiday thereby closing many government offices. In order to allow for the fullest participation of Vietnamese officials and university representatives, we have decided to change the date of the Fourth Annual Education Conference to Saturday April 9. We hope that this change is not too much of an inconvenience and again encourage you to register for the conference and consider participating as a panel discussant.
